Subscription Plans

Samajh AIya offers recurring subscription plans that may be billed monthly or annually through our authorized payment partners.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the payment platform used for the purchase. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges. Your subscription benefits will generally remain available until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.

Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle has started, except where required by applicable law or where a refund is approved at our sole discretion. Duplicate payments or billing errors may be reviewed upon request.

Auto-Renewal

Recurring subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.

Failed Payments

If a renewal payment cannot be processed, access to paid features may be limited or suspended until payment is successfully completed.

Changes to Plans

We may modify subscription plans, pricing, or features from time to time. Any changes will apply in accordance with applicable laws and will not affect payments already processed.
